The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit RegisteredCareManagerto join our team the in North London area.

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for 2 premises, providing Support living and Residential Service. A relevant Health or Social Care Management Qualification with good literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative and organisational skills required.

Experience and Skills: Registered Care Manager

• Good understanding of Social Care and Accommodation Services.
• Inspire the team of dedicatedcareprofessionals
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Ensure all residents have a dynamic support plan which involves the person and their safety
• Ability to support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
• Provide the delivery of high-quality, careservices.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Calm, confident manner and a flexible approach
