We are seeking a Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Financial Planners and Directors. This role is crucial in ensuring that all client information is accurate and readily available for meetings, and that our internal systems and processes are meticulously followed. The successful candidate will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Generate and compile documents to create accurate client review packs and ensure all information is timely and precise.
  • Maintain a clear audit trail for all client records, ensuring documents are saved and named correctly.
  • Prepare for and support client meetings, presenting parts of the meeting as needed.
  • Conduct pre and post-meeting reviews, delegating tasks to team support where appropriate.
  • Complete due diligence for all new business and maintain up-to-date records on internal platforms.
  • Process all client instructions accurately, using the respective advice flow, checklists, and internal event lists and tasks.
  • Regularly update your talent development record and participate in projects and tasks to support your professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing administrative support within a busy office environment 
  • Familiarity with financial planning systems and processes, preferred, but not essential 
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and the products and services offered preferred, but not essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in data management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, both independently and as part of a team
