We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for dealing with general administration for the team and to support staff, as well as clients and suppliers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring multiple inboxes regarding enquiries
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring all records are up to date
  • Reception duties including dealing with post, call handling, scanning and serving refreshments for client meetings.
  • Raising invoices and taking fees.
  • Arranging meetings and calls with clients.
  • Overseeing general office supplies and re-ordering items as necessary

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A strong background in administration with solid experience to support this (a professional services background would be preferred, but is not essential)
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Capable of working independently and without close supervision
  • Capable of multi-tasking, working on own initiative and being pro-active
