We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Financial Services company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join their growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining the businesses systems, databases and procedures ensuring they are kept accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning to document management system and electronic filing
  • Issuing client policy information, requesting letters and collating responses
  • Completing post meeting review and post new business updates
  • Inputting details to io (back-office system) from client fact finds
  • Preparing client review packs including client schedules
  • Undertaking specific tasks to support the team
  • Providing cover to the receptionist

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A genuine passion in wanting to build a long-term career within financial services
  • A recent graduate, or proven administration experience gained from a professional environment
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and personable
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
