Join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Manager within the End User / Trade Distribution Division.
This role is crucial for developing and maintaining business relationships to meet sales targets and expand our customer base in line with our corporate strategy.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and maintain business relationships for all allocated accounts in the assigned territory.
- Seek new activity avenues and identify market trends to expand the customer base.
- Establish and implement clear strategies to meet and exceed target expectations.
- Ensure high levels of customer service for both current and prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly team and account-specific sales targets.
- Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all prospect applications.
- Prepare and present company presentations for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports using Exchequer and Salesforce.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Manage day-to-day supply chain issues to meet customer service level agreements.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an account handling/sales management role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
- Full clean UK Driving License.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
