Salary: £30,000-38,000 dependent on experience

They are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and driven Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their friendly team in Bury St Edmonds. The successful Architectural Technician will be a confident user of AutoCAD and Sketch Up, they will boast technical excellence and design flare with post qualification experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology or related subject
• A couple years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
• Understanding of current Building Regulations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Capable at taking projects from inception to completion
• Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
• Keen eye for detail and some design flare
• Confident user of AutoCAD
• Ideally you will have good working knowledge of Sketch Up
• Strong portfolio
• Keen to input to company growth
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Live locally to the Bury St Edmonds and surrounding area
