You will be integral to ensuring our customers can hire what they need when they need it by servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of plant and tools. Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, you will learn to handle on-site repairs and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of service and reliability.

Day-to-day of the role:

Assist in attending customer sites and breakdowns to maintain and repair equipment within the fleet.
Learn to identify faults and damages and perform necessary repairs under expert guidance.
Update service records accurately after each job to maintain a clear history of fleet condition and repairs.
Work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices in plant machinery maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A keen interest in learning and a strong desire to develop skills in plant machinery maintenance.
Basic mechanical knowledge or a relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
A customer-focused approach and strong team collaboration skills.
