Join our team as a Trainee Mobile Plant Facilities Technician and embark on a rewarding career in machinery maintenance.

You will be integral to ensuring our customers can hire what they need when they need it by servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of plant and tools. Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, you will learn to handle on-site repairs and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of service and reliability.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in attending customer sites and breakdowns to maintain and repair equipment within the fleet.
  • Learn to identify faults and damages and perform necessary repairs under expert guidance.
  • Update service records accurately after each job to maintain a clear history of fleet condition and repairs.
  • Work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices in plant machinery maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A keen interest in learning and a strong desire to develop skills in plant machinery maintenance.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or a relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A customer-focused approach and strong team collaboration skills.
  • A valid driving licence is essential.
