We're looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef at our busy brewery pub The Old Cannon, in Bury St Edmunds.
The Sous Chef role is key to providing first class hospitality service, ensuring that hygiene standards and delicious food are always served.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining superb hygiene rating and excellent guest reviews of food
- Responsible for the successful management of the kitchen.
- Strong controls for labour, stock
- To always exceed guest expectations and provide best in class hospitality to our guests.
- Passion for food is a must
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar level fresh food establishment
- Previous experience of hygiene & ordering
- Ability to manage a multifaceted, fast paced business where every day if different.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive 'Can Do' attitude and lead by example
