Our client is a supplier of underfloor heating solutions who have been supplying commercial and residential projects across the UK and Ireland for 30 years. They are passionate about offering a professional, honest service and are proud of their high-quality products.

They are now looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team, who will be the front line person for one of their three businesses, whilst also supporting the other two businesses in a logistics capacity.

Sales & Logistics Coordinator

£26k - £27k| Rougham | Full Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch | 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays(Increasing with one years’ service to 23 days)| Casual Dress Code | Company Pension | Company Events | On Site Parking | Sick Pay | Learning & Development Opportunities | Cycle To Work Scheme | Office Closure Over Christmas/New Year |

Duties (to include but are not limited to):

  • Taking inbound calls, accepting orders and general queries
  • Processing customer quotation requests and processing orders
  • Dealing with returns and credits
  • Taking payments and dealing with accounts queries
  • Setting up accounts on Sage
  • Monitoring overdue accounts
  • Support to the internal and external sales teams
  • Dealing with logistics queries
  • Tracking daily parcel and pallet deliveries
  • Downloading proof of delivery information and updating systems with information received

Person Specification:

  • Desire, passion and drive to be successful
  • To effectively communicate in oral and written communications
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Confident use of a PC to communicate internally and externally
  • Self-managed team player
  • Microsoft Office package experience would also be desired
  • Sage 200 and Odoo systems experience would be a benefit
