Residential Conveyancer required to join our well-established long-standing high-street solicitor client in Bury St Edmunds. This residential conveyancer full position will be a very busy conveyancing role where you will be dealing with a multitude of conveyancing matters but all with the support of your own conveyancing assistant. It is essential for this role that you possess previous experience working as a residential conveyancer with the ability to run your own conveyancing case loads from start to finish. The Role

  • Work within the Residential Conveyancing team
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Plot sales and purchases
  • Deeds of Easement
  • Declarations of Trust
  • Deeds of Variation
  • Shared ownership properties
  • Unregistered land
  • Always deliver an excellent customer care experience
  • Handling client and transaction through entire lifecycle of the matter
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Person

  • Knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, with relevant experience (unqualified but with significant experience may also be considered)
  • Strong drafting and legal document review skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
