We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Administration Assistant to support our Clients Customer Service team.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience and grow within a fast-paced international business.
Day-to-day of the role:- Utilise your data entry expertise to accurately enter customer orders into our IFS in-house system.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Maintain order records and update the system with relevant information.
- Work with the team to develop more efficient processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a good standard of Excel knowledge.
- Office-based role in Bury.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break). and Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.
- Total of 36.5 hours per week.
