Role responsibilities- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance and quality
- Preparing and reviewing financial accounts for a range of clients
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and providing constructive feedback
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and support
- Identifying and implementing improvements in clients’ financial processes
- Staying up to date with changes in auditing and accounting regulations
- Occasionally visiting clients’ premises in Suffolk as required
