As part of their growth plans, we are working in partnership with the firm to recruit  Corporate Tax Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate tax cases with a primary focus on advisory work.  

You will draw on your expertise to work on M&A transactions, tax due diligence, share option schemes, restructures and reorganisations, succession and exit planning including but not limited to company buybacks, capital reductions & MBO’s for primarily OMB’s, with some international groups.

You will draw on your knowledge to also undertake technical compliance reviews of computations prepared by their high calibre team.

In this autonomous role you will have the responsibility to:

  • Manage projects undertaken,
  • Maximising fee income and identify business opportunities
  • Control work in progress
  • Bill for services provided.

To be able to provide certain clients with a holistic service, it will be beneficial to have some experience in personal tax,  VAT and Stamp Duty/SDLT.
