Role Responsibilities- Organising the allocation of staff to ensure the right people are working on the right jobs
- Supervising the audit team to ensure deadlines are met and jobs are completed efficiently
- Reviewing audit files and reporting to the Client Director
- Attending client meetings and advising on all aspects of their financial affairs
- Managing clients with turnovers ranging from £5m to £50m
- Preparing tender documents for new clients and overseeing special projects
- Ensuring the team receives the training and experience they need to develop professionally
- Taking responsibility for the quality and completeness of client files and advice

- Proven experience in managing large audit portfolios, preferably with family-owned limited company clients
- High technical and practical ability in audit, tax, and general business advisory
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a team
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to make decisions and manage multiple priorities
- Client-focused with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service
- Experience managing clients with turnovers between c.£5m and c.£50m
