We are thrilled to be working on behalf of an award-winning company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of departments and administrative teams to ensure compliance and support for the smooth execution of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage meeting rooms.
  • Working on own initiative and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries.
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts.
  • Provide monthly updates on status’ through graphs and reports.
  • Attend meetings.
  • Providing support to reception.
  • Managing the Directors diary, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary.

Previous Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working in an administration role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Accuracy in data entry, document proofing and ensuring all submissions are accurate and complete.
