Office Administrator  Bury St EdmundsMonday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekSalary DOEPermanent Our client based in Bury St Edmunds, is searching for an Administrator to join their well-established team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Business Support department to provide administrative support. Main Duties (including, but not limited to):
  • Liaising with external contacts, internal contacts, and with colleagues to resolve situations that arise
  • Using own initiative when dealing with queries
  • Maintaining and ensuring organisation of existing spreadsheets, databases and records
  • Dealing with and processing invoices
  • Proving administration support to multiple teams when required – this includes but is not restricted to diary management and dealing with emails
  • Ensuring that continuous and professional service is provided to the department
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
  • Attending meetings that would be essential in the performance of your duties
 Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Previous experience of working as administrator
  • Can-do attitude
  • Effective time-keeping and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Can easily adapt to changing environments, and is able to complete sudden tasks and priorities
