HR Shared Services Administrator

We are on the lookout for an HR Shared Services Administrator to join our team on a 1-year fixed term basis. This role is integral to providing excellent customer service and administrative support within the HR team, contributing to our mission of earning customer loyalty and driving business growth through consistently excellent service.

Day to day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing excellent customer service and directing queries appropriately.
  • Work closely with the HR team to manage administration tasks, including processing contracts, offers, and relevant documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to service desk queries within allocated timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate information on HR systems for audit purposes.
  • Oversee and complete onboarding tasks for all new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
