The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and relevant departments.Main duties and responsibilities, (including but not limited to):• Managing the update of sales releases, reservations, cancellations and optional extras • Circulating and electronic filing of all paperwork • Update daily, weekly and monthly Sales Reports• Coordinating and ordering uniform and PPE for the department.• Providing secretarial and administration support to the Sales Director and wider team including reporting, diary management, taking and producing minutes of meetings typing of correspondence, filing, record keeping as required.• Arranging cheque payments and administering refunds• Checking Contracts as and when received and distributing for signature, as necessary.• Carrying out duties in accordance with The Health and Safety Policy and other Company policies.• Managing corporate hospitality events to include bookings, timetables, invitations, costings etc. as directed. • Managing house CRM and checking of Invoices.• Providing reception cover secretarial support to other departments as required.• Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.• Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.• Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time Key Skills and Attributes:• Can-do attitude• Competent with Excel • Previous experience within an administrative role necessary • Flexible to cover reception during lunch breaks Benefits:• Pension Scheme• 33 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays)• Free Parking• Staff discount at various retailers If you are interested in this role, then please apply with a current CV or for more information please call our Bury St Edmunds branch.
