- Provide remote troubleshooting and support via phone or email, ensuring swift resolution or escalation of issues.
- Play an active role in IT infrastructure projects and deliver smooth, successful project rollouts.
- Foster self-service resolution among colleagues and ensure accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Contribute to internal IT policies, procedures, and onboarding workflows to improve efficiency.
- Assist with the development of fellow team members, promoting growth and continuous learning.
- Previous experience in an IT support role, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 7/10, iOS/Android, Basic Network Troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and an excellent telephone manner.
- Basic experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Nutanix is desirable.
