- Manage user setup and role hierarchy, security model, workflows, and validation rules
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality
- Customise Salesforce objects, page layouts, fields, record types, and custom apps to enhance functionality
- Perform regular system maintenance, data cleansing, and optimization
- Evaluate and install AppExchange packages to extend Salesforce capabilities
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for system processes and features
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring minimal business impact
- Implement and maintain data integration processes between Salesforce and other business systems
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and functionality to recommend and implement improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related features
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflow rules
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and list views
- Familiarity with data management tools and integration methods
- Understanding of data security and sharing models
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
