The Role of Personal Injury Claims Handler:

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage Personal Injury claims, taking ownership of your portfolio and working within established authority limits. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the drive to grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Claims Handler:

  • Validate, investigate, and negotiate third-party Personal Injury claims
  • Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively
  • Make accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
  • Handle claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures
  • Assess claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business
