The Role as a Graduate Town Planner:

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality planning services. Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Town Planner:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards.
  • Conduct research and site appraisals for an array of projects.
  • Prepare and submit planning appraisals, applications, and appeals.
  • Draft Local Plan representations.
  • Attend site visits and meet with clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • RTPI or RICS accredited degree (or related discipline).
  • Experience in a commercial planning environment is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of planning regulations and processes.
  • A full, clean driving license with access to your own vehicle.
