Role Overview:A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Lead Land Consents Surveyor within a growing infrastructure firm. This role will focus on managing land consents within the Bury St Edmunds area, and you'll be responsible for leading a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding team members
  • Strong understanding of landowner relationships, acquisition processes, and legislation
  • Managing land consents, compensation claims, and high-risk areas
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards this
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
