The ideal candidate will have experience running their own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with cases. The role requires providing high-quality, commercial advice to a variety of clients including developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and construction professionals.About YouEssential Experience:- Managing own caseload while assisting senior associates and partners.- Delivering commercial, client-focused advice to developers and construction professionals.- Experience in contentious construction matters, including adjudications and TCC work.- Strong client relationship management skills.- Strong academic record, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree classification.Desirable Experience:- Exposure to non-contentious construction matters.- Business development experience.- Presentation skills.
