For the role of Fleet manager we are seeking to speak to experience people managers that can add spark to a team of five, this role will suit a people manager from an office background that will be comfortable visiting drivers on site occasionally to help drive fleet safety and improve the work environment for their team when in the office. You do NOT need to have any Fleet experience to be considered for this position.

Your Role:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of up to 5, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Customer Service Excellence: Support the team to meet objectives, SLAs, and high standards
  • Safety First: Drive a culture where safety is a priority
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with drivers to identify and overcome challenges
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and review implemented solutions for success
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Identify opportunities for improvement and support departmental performance
  • System Development: Lead system improvements, ensuring accurate data and reporting
  • Performance Insights: Deliver key analytics solutions in partnership with senior management
