Sales Administrator
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £27,000pa (depending on experience)

Join our team as a Sales Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Trade Account Managers to maintain and develop new customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer service. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the company and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle incoming calls and support the internal sales team.
  • Produce quotations and manage projects through the design process.
  • Address logistics queries and manage the general inbox.
  • Handle live chat enquiries and process orders.
  • Deal with returns and credits.
  • Identify and hand over opportunities to the Trade Account Managers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Review plans and specifications, consult customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct products for their needs.
  • Handle technical queries as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient use of a PC to communicate internally and externally.
  • Team player with a self-motivated attitude.
  • Friendly and energetic personality.
  • Experience within the trade is preferred but not essential, as all training on systems and products will be provided.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office package, including Outlook and Excel.
