HR Administrator£13.99 per hourMonday – Friday, 08:30-17:0037.5 hours per weekTemporaryOutskirts of Bury St Edmunds  On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive experience within administration, strong communicational skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.  Main duties and responsibilities:
  • To provide a comprehensive administrative service across all HR processes
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with compliance to all processes
  • Liaising with the Resourcing Team, HR Advisors and HR business Partners
  • Ensuring that documentation is completed within a timely manner and meets the SLA requirements
  • To be the first line response to telephone and electronic queries, ensuring high quality customer service
  • Ensuring that data is accurate in the HR system, auditing and cleansing the database
  • Providing data and documentation for effective management, including sickness, maternity, paternity and leavers procedures
The successful candidate will:
  • Have a minimum of four GCSE’s, or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data protection, including GDPR is desirable
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience working with Microsoft Office and other databases
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Using your own initiative to manage own workload and solve problems
  • Has a can-do attitude
