My client is seeking a temporary HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR-related activities. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and providing general HR support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare and distribute HR reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
