We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage end-to-end payroll operations for all company employees. This role requires a high level of accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments, and ensures compliance with all payroll-related regulations. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process end-to-end payroll operations for all company employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records and handle payroll queries efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports for management review.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all payroll-related regulations and legislations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
  • Update payroll software with employee job changes, salary changes, and other relevant data.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the payroll process.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Officer to support and enforce health and safety policies and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll practices and related laws.
  • Excellent numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
