About the role:
Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for retail and a drive to inspire and motivate others? At EG On The Move, we are seeking a dedicated Retail Team Leader to guide our team and contribute to our stores success.
As a Team Leader you will be the driving force behind our teams success. You will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless store operations, ensuring the store remains clean and well organised as well as delivering excellent service to our valued customers. Well look to you to help coach and supervise our Retail Assistants and deputise for the Store Manager!
