Customer Development Manager
Location: Convenient travel to Bury St Edmunds
Salary: 30k+ depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annually agreed goals on turnover and margin with new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales action plans to qualify prospects, grow share of wallet, maintain excising customers, and reduce customer churn.
- Collaborate with Market Development Managers to maximise repeat sales and develop new customers.
- Proactively engage with customers via telephone, email, and video calls.
- Utilise the web shop for efficient enquiry handling and order processing.
- Identify opportunities for the outside sales team to develop through customer visits.
Requirements:
- We are seeking candidates with a solid sales background who are goal-oriented, tech-savvy, and team-driven with a strong passion for success. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
