We are seeking experienced Support Workers to help support to residents within a Hostel/Housing in Bury St Edmunds and are able to offer a variety of earlies, lates, long days and nights with immediate starts available*.

Day to day of the role:

Provide high-quality care and support to residents within a Hostel/Housing in Bury St Edmunds.
Assist with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions and well-being.
Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to care at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker, Housing officer or similar
The right to work in the UK - We are NOT able to offer Sponsorship
Commitment to complete compliance requirements with Reed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
