We are seeking experienced Support Workers to help support to residents within a Hostel/Housing in Bury St Edmunds and are able to offer a variety of earlies, lates, long days and nights with immediate starts available*.

  • ADHOC BOOKINGS

Day to day of the role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents within a Hostel/Housing in Bury St Edmunds.
  • Assist with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions and well-being.
  • Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to care at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker, Housing officer or similar
  • The right to work in the UK - We are NOT able to offer Sponsorship
  • Commitment to complete compliance requirements with Reed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
