We have vacancies in our Bury St Edmunds hub and throughout Suffolk in our home care team.
As a Support Worker, you will provide care and support to adults with a neurological condition
- Abide by the clients? care plan and risk assessment
- Fill in daily logs and report sheets
- Complete MARS charts
- Give personal care to clients as recorded in their care plan
- Make meals and drinks for clients as requested
- Carry out housework duties with the client as in clients? care plans
- Assist clients to take part in leisure activities as in their care plan
- Help the client with their rehab
- Attend staff meetings
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Will attend training as agreed with the
- Be able to give out medication and complete a mars chart
- Be able to drive the pool cars in a safe manner, with the knowledge that they are monitored
- Be able to report any and all concerns to management
- Help people to rebuild their lives.
