Job Purpose
  • Supporting a significant tax portfolio, primarily corporate taxation compliance and planning work
  • Reviewing financial documents to ensure accuracy for self-assessment returns
  • Providing tax planning advice to minimise tax liabilities
  • Overseeing advisory work, starting in corporate tax but broadening into reconstructions, sales and acquisitions
  • Researching regularly to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring understanding and compliance
  • Forging meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
  • Supporting junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing
  • Championing professional development, undertaking regular training opportunities
