Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the onsite representative for dealing with communal estate management matters
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with tenants
- Assist with issues across repairs, equipment, and rent queries
- Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently
- Any additional duties as they come
Skills & Experience
- Confident and personable character
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word/Excel experience
- Organised and able to plan/manage own workload
- Have a passion for Customer Service/Sales
