Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide excellent design services on a range of rural architectural design projects. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their team in the Bury offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant you will need to have recently completed a relevant degree within architecture and be able to display a strong passion to grow within the construction industry. Familiarity with industry standard software's such as AutoCAD is essential and having relevant work experience in a UK practice will bolster your application.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Relevant work experience within a UK Architectural practice would be advantageous.
- Experience with Revit or AutoCAD software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Great enthusiasm and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of technical construction and building regulations
- Have tender package experience
- Help assist on a range of exciting high-end residential properties
- Live locally within the Bury area
