What You’ll Be DoingAs a Client Services Administrator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and success of our client services team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing pre-sales administrative support to Advisers and Paraplanners, including preparing engagement letters and client agreements, obtaining valuations, and handling provider applications.

Keeping our back-office software up to date to ensure seamless data management.

Maintaining accurate records and supporting the distribution of client communications, including newsletters.

Handling general account maintenance and administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and diary management.

Acting as a first point of contact, answering calls, managing inquiries, and welcoming visitors.

Assisting with compliance procedures and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Supporting the wider team by proactively managing workloads and deadlines.

Continuously developing your industry knowledge and qualifications, ideally through CII studies.
