What You’ll Be Doing

As a Client Services Administrator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and success of our client services team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing pre-sales administrative support to Advisers and Paraplanners, including preparing engagement letters and client agreements, obtaining valuations, and handling provider applications.

  • Keeping our back-office software up to date to ensure seamless data management.

  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the distribution of client communications, including newsletters.

  • Handling general account maintenance and administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and diary management.

  • Acting as a first point of contact, answering calls, managing inquiries, and welcoming visitors.

  • Assisting with compliance procedures and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

  • Supporting the wider team by proactively managing workloads and deadlines.

  • Continuously developing your industry knowledge and qualifications, ideally through CII studies.

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry is essential.
