Role OverviewThe PPC Executive will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across a wide range of accounts and sectors. Working within a dynamic PPC team, you will manage PPC accounts, implement innovative strategies to drive leads, and maximize ROI. This position offers the excitement of managing multiple accounts, giving you the variety of an agency environment while working in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Identify and analyse high-performing keywords to optimize campaigns in line with business objectives.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Regularly assess competitor PPC strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior team members, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills

  • Required:
    • 1 to 2 years of PPC experience
    • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Desirable:
    • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and Google Tag Manager
    • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Lucky Orange
    • Experience with Lead Generation and Ecommerce Accounts
