Overview:
Brand new opportunity to join an innovative health and wellness brand as a Social Media Content Creator. The brand is rapidly expanding and harvests a culture from unstoppable leaders, inspiring staff, and the best well-being products on the planet.
Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator with an obsession for wellbeing to drive the development and execution of our social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, enhancing customer engagement across key platforms.
- Produce and edit engaging content, including 4 reels per week for Instagram and 7 TikToks per week, showcasing products and initiatives.
- Be the face of the brand, speaking directly to the camera for reels, stories, and TikToks, while effectively communicating the brand’s mission and values.(Being comfortable and confident as the face of the brand on social media is a plus, though not essential).
Creative Ideation and Planning:
- Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns that promote the Four Pillars of Wellbeing (Eat, Move, Mind, Sleep).
- Establish a content calendar that aligns social media strategy with broader marketing campaigns, email initiatives, and brand goals.
Event Coverage and Content Capture:
- Attend and capture content at events, ensuring key moments are shared across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers to create content that highlights their experiences with products.
In-House Studio Management:
- Help establish and maintain an in-office content creation studio for producing high-quality video and photography.
- Work with photographers and videographers to ensure all visuals align with the brand aesthetic.
Community Engagement:
- Mobilize the team to create employee-generated content reflecting the community’s passion for wellbeing.
- Engage with the audience through interactive content, responding to comments and messages to foster connection.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and reach.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media or creative roles.
- Experience managing social media channels, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proven track record of developing content strategies that deliver engagement and growth.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to present ideas to marketing and creative teams.
- Experience producing best-in-class content independently.
Location: London + Hybrid (3 days a week in-office)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
