A fantastic opportunity to join a new start up business who are on their exciting journey. They are now looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist. The role is heavily focussed on creating in-depth strategies for each channel based on trends, demographics and engagement analytics. Our client is looking for a creative individual who can create conceptual ideas working collaboratively with the creative team, also taking responsibility for PR and Influencer outreach. Our client is based in modern offices with facilities within the building based on the outskirts of Altrincham where all staff work onsite Monday-Friday. The company is looking to launch the company in January 2025.

Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies, creating in-depth strategies for each channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Creating organic social media strategy, delivering innovative social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness to achieve following, outreach and drive engagement and increase target audience
  • Taking a hands-on approach and responsibility for scheduling and management of pages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Extensive trend and competitor analysis using insights to refine social media strategies
  • Utilising analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to opportunities to increase online presence, managing PR and influencer outreach
  • Delivering regular in-depth reports on social media strategy performance and insights along with actionable recommendations
  • Budget management

Requirements:

  • Experience in a strategic social media role is essential
  • Proven background in creating in-depth social media strategies across all channels
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Expertise in optimising and controlling engagement on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in utilising analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data analysis findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and campaign performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
