FJA are looking to recruit a Pricing Coordinator on behalf of our client based in the Bury area. Joining a hugely successful and growing team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining client pricing structures, working collaboratively with all areas of the business.Benefits in the role of Pricing Coordinator:

Pricing Coordinator responsibilities;

  • Prepare pricing proposals for your assigned clients - this involves daily use of advanced Excel (VLookups, Pivots etc)
  • Provide analysis and support for clients and other areas of the business
  • Analyse the profitability of company pricing schemes, ensuring the price points meet the required margins
  • Meticulous management of discount terms to ensure accurate pricing and minimise financial risk
  • Liaise with client key points of contact to agree pricing and handle any issues / queries
  • Provide overviews of the pricing to internal departments
  • Working closely with the other Pricing Coordinators and the Pricing Manager to cross-check each other’s work.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies, liaising with internal departments and the client for a solution.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc client data requests from clients or colleagues
  • Create bespoke pricing lists for key client groups and maintain the library of pricing information booklets.
  • Provide support to the team assisting with ad-hoc queries to ensure client deadlines are on target.
  • Proactively look to provide smarter ways of working and generating ideas on business best practice.
  • Analyse and track market movements and trends

The successful Pricing Coordinator must have:

  • Strong numerical skills - a keen eye for numbers is a must!
  • Advanced Excel skills - the interview process will include an Excel test
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Previous experience of creating / managing / analysing Pricing structures would be a huge advantage
