As a Childrens Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a children's residential service and reporting to the Registered Manager, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people. You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met.

Requirements:

* Diploma level 3/4 in residential childcare (required)

* Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding

* Excellent leadership & communication skills
