We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Operations Planner to join their exisiting team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple utility companies and contractors for various sites.
  • Ensure timely project delivery by clearing daily task lists.
  • Communicate with suppliers, developers, and clients.
  • Coordinate with utility companies and contractors to obtain client quotations.
  • Manage existing client accounts while nurturing strong relationships.
  • Submit site applications and plans to request quotations.
  • Effectively plan and schedule work tasks.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively across diverse departments.
  • Organise site visits and surveys.
  • Address and resolve all customer and contractor inquiries.
  • Support account managers with ongoing projects.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in operations planning or scheduling, preferably within the utilities sector.
    • Understanding of multi-utility connections and associated processes would be highly desirable
    • Proficiency in relevant scheduling software and CRM systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
