A growing services business is recruiting a Learning & Development Manager. Reporting to the HR Director this a new position for the company where you will have an opportunity to shape and lead the L&D function.
Duties include:
- Shaping and Leading the L&D strategy fostering a high-performance culture
- Supporting leaders in aligning organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes with the business strategy
- Design and deliver leadership programmes and cost-effective training packages, drawing on external support.
- To design and develop face to face and online learning and support materials.
- Develop and manage our induction programme.
- Developing apprenticeship and graduate career paths
- Advocate a coaching culture to underpin growth and development.
- Supporting the HR team to build a culture in line with their values.
To be considered you will be an experienced L&D practitioner with proven results with a commercial fast paced environment. Experience of running and owning the training function is essential alongside developing and delivering impactful training.
