A growing services business is recruiting a Learning & Development Manager. Reporting to the HR Director this a new position for the company where you will have an opportunity to shape and lead the L&D function.

Duties include:

  • Shaping and Leading the L&D strategy fostering a high-performance culture
  • Supporting leaders in aligning organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes with the business strategy
  • Design and deliver leadership programmes and cost-effective training packages, drawing on external support.
  • To design and develop face to face and online learning and support materials.
  • Develop and manage our induction programme.
  • Developing apprenticeship and graduate career paths
  • Advocate a coaching culture to underpin growth and development.
  • Supporting the HR team to build a culture in line with their values.

To be considered you will be an experienced L&D practitioner with proven results with a commercial fast paced environment. Experience of running and owning the training function is essential alongside developing and delivering impactful training.

There is UK travel with this position and hybrid working available. Package includes car allowance
