Job Title: Dietitian

Grade: Band 6

Trust: Northern Care Alliance

Location: Fairfield General Hospital, BL9 7TD

Ward/Dept: Nutrition and Dietetics

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 8am-4pm

Pay Rates - Day: 拢19.10

This post would suit a qualified dietician with experience working in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities of this job role

If you are successful in your application to this post, you will be expected to manage and deliver on the responsibilities outlined below - as well as those not included here, call today to discuss further:

路 To assess and monitor patients, offering therapeutic nutritional support and dietary education.

路 Provide specialist nutritional and dietetic advice to medical, nursing and catering staff.

路 To maintain clinical responsibility for your own caseload and that of delegated tasks and contribute to the Nutrition and Dietetic service through participation in service development.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

HCPC registered.

Dietetics degree or equivalent.

UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential.

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
