Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of our students. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all children are engaged and supported in their learning journey, both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities

  • Support individual and small group work to enhance children's learning

  • Provide pastoral care to pupils, ensuring their well-being and emotional development

  • Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Help with the preparation and organization of resources and materials

  • Monitor and track pupils' progress and report any concerns to the teacher

  • Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)

  • Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential

  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be patient, proactive, and adaptable

  • Have a willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the school's ethos
