Overview:
Prospero Teaching is looking for a qualified and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join a Primary School in Ramsbottom. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and a commitment to providing engaging and effective teaching that meets the diverse needs of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Delivery: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum, addressing the varied learning needs of students.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, using effective behaviour management strategies to promote respect and enhance learning.
Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes. Utilize assessment data to inform future planning and interventions.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
Parent Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behaviour, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
Safeguarding: Uphold and promote the school's safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Experience and Qualifications:
Qualifications: A teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year is desirable; some training will be provided.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, candidates must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional references related to childcare or education.
