Manchester Staff are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Insolvency Cashier to join a dynamic company. This role is essential for ensuring payments are managed efficiently, and statutory reports are dealt with. The business has just finished renovating their state-of-the-art office and are looking to expand their team!

Roles and responsibilities:

As an Insolvency Cashier, you will have had exposure to dealing with cashiering, processing electronic and cheque payments, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail is the key to being successful. In return the company offer fantastic learning and development opportunities. The successful Insolvency Cashier:

Essential:

  • 12 months minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Background working in financial or accounting sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in adhering to compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Understanding in statutory and regulatory requirements in the insolvency sector.
  • Experience with payment processing and account reconciliation tasks specifically within insolvency.
