Location: Bury
Remuneration: £25,000 - £28,000
The role of the Order Processor - Kitchen Doors & Accessories will involve:
- Order Processor position dealing with a high end quality range of both manufactured and distributed kitchen doors & components
- Raising quotations from detailed customer plans
- Processing orders for Kitchens within the CAD system
- Assist with any incoming customer queries via telephone & email
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to provide updates on delivery times etc.
- Provide support and advice for customers on plans/designs
The ideal applicant will be an Order Processor - Kitchen Doors & Accessories with:
- Must be able to interpret designs & technical drawings and produce quotes from these
- Must be from within the kitchen industry, ideally cabinetry
- However would consider someone from the bedroom, bathroom or furniture industry providing they have the technical knowledge
- Must have experience with CAD/3D Design software such as: Articad, Winner, SketchUp or AutoCAD
- Ideally working for a manufacturer
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
- Robust, positive outlook and team player
